Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping delays are outside of Rusty Skates' control and arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

International Shipping
Rusty Skates currently does not ship outside of Canada.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Rusty Skates which will include a tracking number (when purchased) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact shop@rustyskates.ca with your name and order number.

Note: Tracking info is not available for orders sent by regular postal standard delivery.

RETURNS

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on undamaged items purchased through the online store.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email mail@thecraftycricket.ca as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Rusty Skates will address these on a case-by-case basis and will do the best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
